“My Kinders have enjoyed the Safari Unit curriculum and books. I thought I would send you some quick pix from my ipad and phone so you could see how it looked in our classroom. All 66 kindergarten students read the books "Black and White" and "Animal Camouflage." Then they had a folded paper to write their own riddle about an animal of their choice. They will take them home today and see if their families can guess the animal! A few students have said they have their own "Reading Rainbow" on their iPad or Kindle! We also watched two videos during snack time. We especially liked the Jellyfish as our local Zoo/Aquarium is opening a larger exhibit of jellyfish this week!
